CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal. If you choose to use a PayPal account, your personal credit card information will not be given to New Hope Technologies.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Because New Hope Technologies works with a number of manufacturers and international sources, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground or the USPS within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT.

We only ship our instruments FREE to addresses in the United States and Canada. If you desire to ship an item outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. Some items are directly imported from overseas warehouses. In these cases, we may require Express Air delivery services only. Also, some items are hand-crafted and require 3-5 weeks for production time.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

New Hope Technologies customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to New Hope Technologies. Certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first for the address. Some products/instruments are built by special order only and are not eligible to be returned.

New Hope Technologies will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#.

To obtain a RA# please telephone customer service at 800-477-0066. If return is authorized, a customer service representative will verbally (and by email) give you a RA# (number) that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. A specific return address (depending on the circumstances of the return) will be given to you at that time.

New Hope Technologies cannot accept any returns of product or instruments submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer.

If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping and handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.

Restocking Fees: Non-defective merchandise returned to New Hope Technologies for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping charges incurred for shipping the product related to the transaction. Product must be received by us in original (new) condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it will not be accepted for return. A Return Authorization # is required.
