IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

In general, you can visit the site without telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself. In some areas of the site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process an order, offer services that require registration, assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you. Generally, the business requests identifying information when you:

3. Provide feedback to an online survey or tell us about an idea or suggestion.

From time to time we may use agents or contractors who will have access to your personal information to perform services for the business (such as DATABASE MAINTENANCE, etc.), however, they are required by us to keep the information confidential and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services for the business.

ONLINE STORE

The online store at www.FrequencyStore.com is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying information.

When purchasing products through our website, the order form or customer service representative will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number. However, the telephone number is only used to quickly resolve questions relative to an order, such as to clarify customer email addresses that are inactive, or entered incorrectly.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know that customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the worlds largest funds transfer agencies - PayPal and Stripe. If you choose to use your PayPal account or place your order online, your personal credit card information (account number, expiration date and CVV) will not be shared with our business by PayPal or Stripe.

SHIPPING

Because New Hope Technologies, Inc. works with a number of manufacturers and international sources, delivery time and shipment availability may vary with one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail within ONE TO THREE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT.

We ship our products and instruments FREE of charge to addresses in the 50 United States, including Alsaka and Hawaii. If you desire to have us ship an item outside the United States, please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. For added security, we require that you provide us with a complete street shipping address with no P.O. boxes or mail drops.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -- FedEx International and USPS Priority Mail Express International Policy: You agree that if the receiver/consignee and/or purchaser refuses or abandons the package(s) for any reason that you as the purchaser will pay for the duty, taxes, tariffs, handling/storage charges and any other customs fees regardless if the package is delivered to the receiver/consignee, disposed of, or returned to the shipper. Purchaser assumes all liability for any additional fees charged by any agent of the seller and/or shipper which are not listed on the invoice/receipt. This assumed liability includes any return shipping costs incurred if the shipment is not accepted, cleared for release by a customs agent, or signed for by purchaser/consignee at the time of delivery. You agree that if the package(s) is returned back to the shipper by FedEx International or other courier, you as the purchaser will pay for the return shipping costs in addition to any other fees charged by any agent of the seller and/or shipper which are not listed on the receipt.

MANUFACTURER'S 24-MONTHS WARRANTY

The GB-4000, SR-4 and M.O.P.A. instruments, come with a manufacturer's full 24-months parts and labor warranty. A limited manufacturer's warranty for the 812A vacuum tube included with the M.O.P.A. amplifier (the one plugged-in inside the M.O.P.A.) is 90-days. If you have an issue with your machine, please call us first to verify if a true problem exists. Sometimes, simple operator error may be the source of a perceived mechanical issue. We will help to resolve it quickly. If the problem appears that the equipment is at fault, we will refer you to the manufacturer's help desk and their technicians will work with you to get the instrument repaired or replaced, quickly, at their option.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA #) before attempting to return any merchandise. Certain manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you'll need to check with us first for the address. Some products/instruments are built by special order only and are not eligible to be returned. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#.

To obtain a RA# please telephone our customer service at 385-220-5000, ext. 2. If a return is authorized, a customer service representative will verbally (and by email) give you an RA# (number) that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the returned parcel, as well as on any paperwork requested. A specific return address to use (not our published business address), will be emailed to you with instructions at that time. Due to strict policies of the major credit card companies, we cannot accept any returns of product or instruments received more than 60 days after payment was tendered for products by the customer.

 

Non-defective merchandise returned to us for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping charges, and, if a credit card was used for payment, the non-refundable credit/debit card processing fees charged to us by all credit card companies (3.5% to 3.85% - see next section for full explanation). Product(s) must be received by us or our assignee in original (new) condition within 60 days from order date, or it/they will not be accepted for return. If payment was made by credit or debit card, see the information below regarding returns to those who have paid using credit/debit cards. A Return Authorization number is required.

Our manufacturer will NOT accept returns for the Compact Travel Case ($140) sold on our website. The travel cases are not eligible for return because the manufacturer's cardboard shipping containers cannot be restored after they are shipped due to the shipping courier's normal handling wear on the cardboard container. The cases themselves, if used, are easily subjected to wear and tear (minor scratches) which also cannot be renewed to new condition.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES - RETURNED MERCHANDISE

When merchandise is returned by the customer, all credit card merchant account processors, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will no longer return processing fees. Their processing fees are non-refundable. Customers who paid for their merchandise with a credit/debit card will be charged for this processing fee which is non-refundable to our company from the customer's credit/debit card company. The credit/debit card processing fees are 3.5% of the purchase price and sales tax if applicable if Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal were tendered for the transaction. The processing fee for American Express (AMEX) is 3.85% if that card was used for the purchase. This credit card processing fee policy does not apply to cash, checks or bank wire transactions made for payment. This universal policy was initiated by all the credit card companies worldwide on October 11, 2019.  If you paid for your products with a credit or debit card and then choose to return the merchandise, your refund amount will be reduced by the amount of the card processing fee charged by the credit/debit card processor on the date that you placed your order with our company.  For international customers who used international banks and their credit/debit cards for payment, they will be charged up to 8.5% for any returned merchandise. Currency exchange charges will be in addition to any credit/debit card processing fees for international credit/debit cards used as payment for the merchandise. International bank currency exchange fees and international processing fees are automatically charged to our company by the merchant account credit card processors used. Because of these strict policies from the credit card companies, we can only process a refund to your credit/debit card through our merchant credit card processor within 60 days, with no exceptions, from the date that the original payment was processed.

OPTIONAL CONSULTATION / TRAINING CALL

An OPTIONAL technical and protocol support training and instructional class (up to one hour or more), via telephone or video conferencing (Skype or ZOOM), is included with the purchase of any frequency instrument system that we sell. A licensed practitioner and employee of our company will train the buyer/user of the frequency instruments, privately and one-on-one, about the proper use of the frequency generator system. Proprietary information about using the instruments will be emailed to the buyer/user prior to this scheduled training phone or teleconference call.  The consultation call itself will include custom protocol instruction and will follow a verbal question-and-answer format. This instructional training call is an optional professional service that we offer and is not required to request and participate in by the buyer/user. However, to take advantage of this offer from our company, the customer must make arrangements with our business office, via telephone or email, to schedule an appointment for this personalized training consultation. We will do our best to accommodate the request and schedule the appointment at a mutually acceptable time for both parties within a day or two (or longer if needed) after the request is made and an appointment is accepted by the buyer/user. If a customer (buyer/user) chooses not to request a support training call for any reason, then there is no remuneration, value or refund paid back to the customer for choosing not to request or participate in this optional and "FREE" consultation/training service.

 

If a customer chooses to return the frequency instrument(s) to us for any reason within the eligible return period (60 days) and has previously participated in a scheduled training call or consultation about the use of the frequency machine(s), or about specific information related to a personalized or customized frequency protocol (verbally or in print), then there will be a non-refundable charge for the time expended by the licensed practitioner during the training call/consultation. All proprietary information content and communications disseminated during the call is a billable professional tele-service offered by our business and practitioner. The non-refundable time expended by the practitioner employee for an hour-long (or more) consultation cannot be "returned", and the scheduled call/consultation is only "FREE" if the buyer/user has purchased the instruments and keeps them. The billable time will be logged after the consultation has been concluded and may be verified with telephone or Skype billing records (by each party). The consultation call fee will be charged to the customer's office account at the office professional consultation fee/rate of $300 USD per hour (in minutes). This will be the amount charged to the customer for any scheduled and completed training consultation and for any professional advice or services rendered during the call. Time and services are not a returnable commodity nor are these services included in the manufacturer's product restocking fee for the instruments returned. A refund will be made to the original buyer for the returned instruments via the credit card account number on file, or by bank wire or a company check (depending on how the order was originally paid for), less the billable time fee for the non-refundable call/consultation.

CANCELLED ORDERS

All non-shipped or shipped orders that were not properly cancelled by a verified personal phone contact (not just a voice message left) with one of our office representatives within 24 hours after ordering are subject to a 3.5% credit card processing fee (3.85% for AMEX). This a non-refundable processing fee charged directly to our company by all of the credit card companies, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. All credit card companies now charge processing fees. Those charges are not refundable to us or the customer. Please understand that this is the credit card company's standard policy that everyone is subject to who chooses to use a credit/debit card for payment. Restocking charges of 15% + credit/debit card processing fees of 3.5% to 3.85% will apply if an ordered item has been cancelled, or shipped and returned. Orders cancelled after they have been placed and processed are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% to 3.85% credit/debit card processing fee. This newer universal policy is a recent change within the credit card industry over the last few years.

DISCLAIMER
We do not call our instruments Rife Machines or a Rife Machine like many other companies do. Dr. Rife specifically stated that he did not want his name to be put on any machine because "some people" might use his name to sell their frequency machines. Those companies who respect his wishes do not call their machine a Rife Machine. The function generator and amplifiers on this website are sold as electronic test equipment. Information disseminated on this website is public knowledge for educational and research purposes only. It should not be construed as any type of medical advice, and you accept responsibility for any actions you may take. Some health practitioners are licensed within their scopes of practice in their States to use function generators, like the model GB-4000, for the mitigation of pain to release endorphin and enkephalin from the brain (i.e., physical therapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths and chiropractors). College students and other "private researchers" may also experiment using frequencies on bacterial cultures, laboratory animals and even themselves (if they choose) for their own personal studies and investigation. Conditional Use and Prima Facie Evidence: Your use, for any purpose, of these electronic devices, known as frequency/function generators or RF amplifying devices marketed on this website shall be prima facie evidence (evidence "at first glance/appearance") of your unconditional acceptance of all of these policy terms and conditions set forth on this page of our website.

 

These specific electronic test instruments (GB-4000 function generator, SR-4 and M.O.P.A. amplifiers) have not been tested to comply with FCC standards for non-ionizing radiated emissions. If any of these devices were to cause perceived interference or actual radio frequency interference, in extremely rare circumstances, with smart televisions, computers, telephones, radios, or local internet Wi-Fi reception or cause issues with other electronic devices, it is your responsibility to not use the frequency instrument(s) during those times when it could possibly cause interference to others. Be responsible and move it to an area at your location where it does not cause objectionable interference.
